By using PakWhois, you agree to this Service Agreement, all applicable local and international laws, and PKNIC's policies governing .PK domain names. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PakWhois is a free tool for checking .PK domain name availability and retrieving public WHOIS registration records for .pk and its sub-domains. PakWhois is not affiliated with PKNIC and does not register domains or modify registry records.

3. Conditions of Use & Accuracy

PKNIC's decisions and authoritative database are final. Information displayed by PakWhois is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. It cannot be used in legal disputes regarding domain ownership without official verification from PKNIC. Always confirm availability and registration details directly with PKNIC before relying on them.

You must preserve the integrity of the service and its systems. In particular:

• Do not use automated tools to make high-volume queries.
• Do not use WHOIS data for unsolicited marketing or spam.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

4. Limitation of Liability and Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS" and without any express or implied warranty, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PakWhois is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service or reliance on its information.
